Data Culture Transformation Analyst

Experience in designing and deploying segmented training programs

Strong background in global communications strategy

Proven project management skills in transformation or business intelligence

Solid knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR

Hands-on experience in data analytics

Ability to apply storytelling techniques to communicate initiatives and progress

Fluency in English (C1 or above)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments

Spanish language skills are a plus.
