The Data Center Technician provides Tier I, front-line support for IT and network infrastructure within the data hall. You will support clients by ensuring systems, equipment, and associated data remain secure, available, and operational. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support across servers, network equipment, cabling, and communication systems. You will represent BGIS values in all interactions with clients and team members.
