Data Centre Services Engineer

JOB PURPOSE

• In charge of analysing, proposing, extending, purchasing, implementing, delivering, deploying, monitoring, supporting and reporting of DC Infrastructure services & Structured Cabling system (service deliverables).
• Technical competency on Structured Cabling System & DC Infrastructure (non-power relation)
• Possess full understanding and knowledge on compliance of Service Management Operations work processes and procedures.
• Coordinate and act as a liaison within the DC Operations & Service Management Operations team, Suppliers, Vendors & Contractors by delivering & support to customers covering all DC Infrastructure matters for all DC sites of AIMS.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical competent to detect & identify the defects and deficiencies which inclusive of Isolation, troubleshooting, restoration and rectification of DC Infrastructure services.
