Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

Mandatory Skills/Knowledge :
1. Setup and configure servers
2. Troubleshoot technical issues
3. Conduct devices inspections
4. Handle hardware upgrades & replacements.
5. Log issues or complaints and issue an ID number against the issue or complaint.
6. Assign severity level to each issue or complaint so as to maintain categorization and differentiate the criticality of the incident via the priority levels, severity levels and impact levels.
7. Track each issue or complaint to resolution.
8. Escalate the issues or complaints, if necessary, as per the escalation matrix defined.
9. Analyze the issue or complaint statistics and bidders SLA....
