We arelooking for a reliable and technically skilled Smart Hands Engineer to join ourteam and support data center operations in Singapore. In this role, you'll bethe on-site partner to our L2/L3 engineering teams, providing hands-on supportfor hardware, network, and system-related activities within our Internet DataCenter (IDC) environment.
You'llbring foundational knowledge of systems and networking (Windows/Linux and basicnetworking concepts) and demonstrate strong coordination, troubleshooting, andexecution skills to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
KeyResponsibilities
DataCenter Operations & Support
Provide24x7 remote support coordination and dispatch for onsite smart hands activities
Act as the first-level physical support for L2/L3 engineering teams
Execute tasks based on remote instructions with accuracy and timeliness
