Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Center & Network Operations Engineer with mandatory hands-on data center experience to support mission-critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, operate, and support data center infrastructure (servers, racks, cabling, power, cooling).
• Perform network operations support, including basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, switches, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to incidents, alerts, and service tickets in a 24×7 operations environment.
• Conduct routine data center checks, equipment health monitoring, and escalation when required.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and documentation.
