About the Role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer
Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
Preferred certifications: CDCP, CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation
2–5 years of hands-on experience in data center operations and infrastructure support.
Familiarity with structured cabling, equipment racking, and environmental controls.
Proficient in support of servers, storage, and network devices.
Knowledgeable in UPS systems, PDUs, CRAC units, and structured cabling.
Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Highly organized with attention to detail and procedure.
Reliable team player with willingness to work on-site or in shifts.
Excellent coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors.
