  Coordinate with operations engineers to effectively track and manage on-site issues.
• Server and Network Equipment Management:
  Proficient in troubleshooting, maintaining, and replacing servers (e.g., DELL, HP, IBM) and network equipment.
  Ability to complete on-site fiber optic and cable connections related to network equipment, under the guidance of network engineers.
