Role Overview

The Datacenter Operator supports the Datacenter Operations Manager and works as part of the Breda-based team responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure across the European region. The role focuses on operational support, hardware installation, incident handling, and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor ticket queues and handle incoming service requests.
• Install and configure new systems, including labelling, testing, and documentation.
• Perform patching activities on hardware and systems.
• Troubleshoot cabling and physical infrastructure issues.
• Handle and coordinate remote hands requests.
