About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support
data center operations
to ensure uptime and availability - Perform
routine checks, incident response, and escalation - Support network, server, and infrastructure operations
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, network, and system issues
- Follow SOPs and comply with data center operational standards
Mandatory Requirement:
- Hands-on data center experience is required
Preferred Skills:
- Data center operations / NOC experience
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, switches, cabling)
- Familiar with monitoring tools and incident ticketing systems
- Willing to work shifts in a
mission-critical environment
