About the Role:
Join Allianz Partners’ Global Operations (COO) Performance & Productivity team and turn data into decisions at scale. As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you’ll design insightful Power BI dashboards, automate complex reporting (Excel/VBA/Power Query/SSIS), and build KPI scorecards that drive planning, capacity, and performance. This role works across five main Lines of Business, partnering with stakeholders to interrogate operational and financial data, present clear recommendations, and standardize MIS processes—working with AI/ML, analytics, and cloud tools under strong data governance.
