Data and Reporting Analyst - Junior

Pay rate range - $28/hr. to $31/hr. hybrid: 2 days/week in office (flexible)

Ideal candidate will be working in the Business Management team supporting the B2B portfolio on various business needs ranging from data analysis, record keeping to reporting.

MUST HAVE

• 2-3 yrs experience in similar role
• Strong Analytical, Numerical, Problem-solving skills
• Data validation & analysis to support business management reporting requirements.
• Collaboration & communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and document findings. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 & Excel proficiency - Demonstrable Excel skills, PowerPoint, & PowerBI experience essential
• Eagerness to learn: Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes.
• Attention to detail: having a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity in reporting and documentation.
