Live Services Group, an Australia-based business is seeking for an experienced Virtual Assistant – Data Analyst to support our plumbing and electrical businesses in maintaining accurate and efficient systems. The successful candidate will ensure our data is up to date, accurate, and optimised for true profit/loss tracking across all projects. Experience with SimPRO, Power BI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete our SimPRO catalogue in full and maintain it on an ongoing basis for both businesses.
• Create and manage all new pre-builds, ensuring accuracy and correct costings.
• Recreate existing pre-builds accurately with updated costings.
• Update and maintain internal catalogue pricing, liaising with suppliers as required.
