Data & Analytics Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Test Lead to join a large-scale regulatory data transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving quality assurance across modern data platforms, cloud environments, and enterprise reporting solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring trusted, accurate, and compliant data products are delivered in line with strict governance and regulatory standards.

The Opportunity You will lead end-to-end testing strategy and execution across data platforms, pipelines, BI solutions, and regulatory reporting outputs.

Working closely with data engineers, governance teams, product owners, and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure data accuracy, integrity, performance, and compliance before release.

This role requires strong hands-on capability combined with leadership experience across distributed teams.
