Job Title: Data Analytics Lead - Marketing

Location: Head Office - Karachi, Pakistan
Job Purpose:
To drive data-led decision making by analyzing consumer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness, translating insights into actionable recommendations that support growth for Domino's Pizza Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer segments, sales, and transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Generate regular dashboards and reports (Sales, Transactions, Frequency, Recency, Cohorts, and Campaign Performance).
- Support marketing and CRM team with consumer insights, segmentation, and campaign analysis.
- Track performance of promotions, sales channels, and new initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights and analysis.
- Simplify complex data into clear business insights.
