Data Analytics Intern

Job Description

• Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within delivery operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all Hubs in Malaysia.
• Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance.
• Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with analytics query/languages like SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to derive insights.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in BI / Data analytics / Supply Chain.
