Job Description
The Service Delivery Expert is responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring the Data Operations are delivered in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Work with the Managed Service Provider to coordinate and ensure that services are delivered, Service Level Agreements are met.He/She will also manage the interface between the unit, the customers, users, and third-party service providers. The Service Delivery Expert contributes to service improvements within service management to improve the quality of the service provided and /or the process efficiency.
