Junior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and ensuring clean, accurate outputs. In this role, you’ll help prepare and validate compensation datasets, generate reports, and support job match recommendations used by global clients.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup (BGC, Taguig) , collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, and receive ongoing training to grow your analytics skills. Ideal for early-career analysts who are detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel, and eager to learn.
