About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate, export, and analyze data related to streamers and agencies
- Track and summarize internal streamer recruitment performance data
- Maintain onboarding dates and analyze streamer growth based on timeframes
- Manage and interpret contract details to calculate streamer and agency compensation
- Compile total compensation data to conduct cost-benefit analysis
- Provide accurate and structured data reports to support management decisions
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Reliable and capable of handling structured or repetitive data tasks
- Experience in live streaming, agency operations, or digital platforms is a plus
