MAIN DUTIES
- Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards to track operational performance and project delivery.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting packs, including summaries, commentary, and action‑oriented notes for leadership and stakeholders.
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, throughput measures, backlog metrics, and operational efficiency indicators.
- Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, standardised, and aligned to business priorities.
