About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Data Analyst who can turn raw data into a strategic asset. In this role, you will be the voice of the learner/attendee and the guardian of program effectiveness, delivering insights that directly influence strategy and decision-making.
You'll work across data from our Learning Management System (LMS), virtual event platforms, and marketing channels to uncover trends, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Management
Identify, extract, and consolidate data from multiple sources, including LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone, Docebo), virtual event tools (e.g. Zoom), and marketing systems.
Develop and maintain clean, reliable datasets and dashboards for ongoing reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and hygiene by implementing best practices for data validation.
