We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change, while also measuring internal impact caused by these strategies. About the Role:We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and help drive better decision-making through robust data analysis, scalable reporting, and actionable insights. This role is focused on transforming data into business intelligence that supports strategic and operational initiatives across TikTok’s advertising business.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
