Data Analyst

• Assist in the analysis of data, statistics, and preparation of inventory and personnel-related reports generated by Admin Division;
• Provides technical assistance in the deployment of computer hardware/ICT devices;
• Provides necessary assistance in tracking and monitoring of daily movement of various TDIO properties which are being loaned to other departments;
• Assist in the conduct of annual physical inventory of property items and computer software and application systems;
• Conducts research/study in administrative operations-related topics, as maybe assigned by the Admin Division
• Monitors and reminds all TDIO employees on the submission of employee related documents on or before the set deadline
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
