Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will provide high-level and in-depth data analysis to support Existing Customer Marketing (ECM) campaigns. This role focuses on interpreting campaign data, generating insights, and enabling data-driven decision making for marketing and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level and thorough data analysis for Existing Customer Marketing (ECM) campaigns.
Analyze marketing campaign performance by collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Present campaign insights and computations clearly and concisely through reports and presentations.
Collaborate with campaign teams and other business units to generate customer leads and track target campaign performance.
Develop dashboards for marketing teams and executives, serving as a one-stop view of customer status and campaign revenue performance.
