Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled data analyst to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in using data to drive insights and decision-making, and will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to Learning & Development programs, including but not limited to training effectiveness, learner engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SISENSE, Tableau, and other visualization tools to communicate data insights to stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements to Learning & Development programs.
