• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand.
• Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to gather input for demand planning.
• Adjust forecasts based on market conditions and promotional activities.
• Determine optimal order quantities and reorder points.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues affecting inventory availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock analysis.
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend actions.
• Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics such as turnover rates, fill rates, and stock accuracy.
• Identify and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
