About the Role
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management roles.
Strong experience with SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or equivalent).
Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
Strong analytical thinking with demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial or business performance management analytics.
Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques (forecasting, statistical analysis, scenario modeling).
