• Manage inbound and outbound activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Perform accurate order picking with speed and zero-error mindset to meet 1020 minute delivery SLAs.
• Monitor real-time order flow and coordinate with delivery partners/riders for timely handover.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular cycle counts, stock rotation, and shrinkage control.
