• Collaborate and communicate with the external and internal client to ensure high level of process quality related to the client’s services and production
• Work with insurance, pensions, banking, payroll administration and HR systems tasks
• Manage correspondence and documentation
• Participate in different projects contributing for process improvement
• Participate in learning sessions and training new joiners about work types and processes
