D365 Commerce Lead

Responsibilities

·Lead D365 Commerce strategy, roadmap, and execution across B2B, Distributor, and internal Sales Portal experiences.

·Own functional design for enterprise Commerce scenarios such as:

oOn-Behalf-Of ordering (distributors placing orders for end customers)

oCustomer catalog & pricing segmentation for distributors and end customers

oPunchOut integration, ATP visibility, saved carts, quote workflows, and role‑based permissions

·Functional Requirements & Fit/Gap Leadership

·Lead requirements definition and ensure all Commerce capabilities are aligned with business needs.

·Manage major Commerce capability related to Pricing controls for specific distributor/end‑customer combinations

·Translate business needs into functional designs, user flows, and backlog items.
