Key Responsibilities:
• Execute system builds and upgrades effectively
• Troubleshoot complex systems in lab and field settings
• Enhance design, reliability, and serviceability with R&D teams
• Develop service procedures and technical documentation
• Foster strong working relationships with customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in related roles
