About the Role
We are looking for a new Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead and harmonize operations across multiple EMEA sites.
1. Operational Leadership & Multi‑Site Coordination
+ Draws directly from operational synergies highlighted in EMEA operations and multi-site initiatives.
+ Ability to lead and harmonize operations across multiple regional sites (e.g., Basingstoke, Netherland , Frankfurt) to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
+ Strong ownership of lab performance, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
+ Capability to implement standardized processes, SOP alignment, and cross-training programs.
2. Cybersecurity Expertise
+ Reflected across several internal Cyber/IMS documentation and transition programs.
+ Deep understanding of IoT security, and conformity pathways.
+ Ability to translate cybersecurity compliance requirements into operational and commercial execution.
