Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations, including threat monitoring and incident response, to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure and sensitive information.
• Develop and enforce security policies while proactively monitoring internal and external threats, investigating insider risks, and responding effectively to identified security incidents.
• Lead investigations and resolution of security incidents, in relation to data breaches of confidential information (financial, labour relations, employee, etc.).
• Establish and deliver organization-wide cybersecurity training for internal employees and external stakeholders with access to company networks and on-site facilities.
