Responsibilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively within a team of security professionals and across the organization in matters of security, logging, and custody of security events and troubleshooting.
• Respond to incidents; resolve, triage, or elevate as appropriate to meet and exceed SLA metrics.
• Support and maintain key production systems, ensuring 7/24 availability.
• Document and keep comprehensive records of log sources, configurations, analysis procedures, troubleshooting, and incident reports.
