About the Team:

You will be part of the Aftermarket (AM) division’s Commercial Vehicle (CV) Business Line in Japan, working closely with a local sales leader and collaborating cross-functionally with the Asia Pacific team. The AM division in Japan includes over 20 members across IAM & OES Sales, Sales Support, Technical Service, and Operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive network management strategy in a dynamic, multinational environment.
What you can look forward to as CV Network Manager:
Develop and manage Key Accounts (KAs) and strengthen IAM distribution channel effectiveness across Japan

Lead rollout and expansion of the [pro]Service concept for authorized CV workshops, driving workshop demand and brand differentiation

Build and implement strategies to scale fleet-pull activities across various truck and bus segments
