About the Role
- 5 years experience in the level of Senior Operator in CV line and minimum 5 years experience as supervisor.
- 10+ years total experience in CV Line / CCV extrusion (including supervisory role).
- Strong leadership and operational expertise in extrusion machines.
- Certified from Industrial Training Institutes after Secondary School or Pre degree.
- To lead the team of Operators working in CCV Extrusion Section and ensure that output of each machine confirms to the set quality standards and specifications.
- Supervises CCV extrusion operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
- Leads operators, authorizes production runs, monitors quality performance, manages non-conformances, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
