Your Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Inbound Preference Management process by processing declarations (requesting documents from suppliers, distributing documents, checking document validity, matching declarations with requests, scanning documents, and preparing them for archiving)

Assisting Outbound Preference Management in issuing long-term supplier declarations and controlling the status of preference changes

Contributing the Commercial Origin process, including preparing IHK declarations for approval, monitoring origin-related master data in SAP-ERP and SAP-GTS, an...
