About the Role
Job Description
- Prepare and process customs declarations for import and export shipments
- Ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws, regulations, and procedures
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and clients
- Maintain accurate records and complete documentation
- Resolve customs-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customs Declarant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of local and international customs regulations
- Familiar with customs systems/software, particularly E2M system
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Customs
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Amenable to work onsite in Binondo, Manila
