About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting reconciliation issues of bonded inventory between the ERP system (Oracle) and Descartes-KSD.
  • Daily support to the Warehouse Office on Customs-related shipping matters.
  • Daily monitoring of internal Customs KPIs.
  • Execute Internal Audits related to AEO.
  • Ensure staff is trained, technically competent, and well-informed regarding changes in processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage in-house Customs system (Descartes-GCT Saas solution).

    You will be part of the EMEA Customs team consisting of 3 experienced colleagues. All team members are Dutch nationals, but this is of course not a requirement for the position.
