Customs & Compliance Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of foreign Trade and Customs Compliance
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in logistics and transportation (e.g., carriers, freight forwarders) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Strong project management, presentation, and data analysis skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
