**Customs and Trade Operations Specialist** serves as a subject matter expert on **local & regional trade law** & **regulations for import and export** activities.

The position develops, **implements** and **monitors** the overall **structure** , processes and procedures **to ensure compliance** . All processes need to be in place and being followed correctly for imports and exports.

The position helps other employees get the necessary **regulatory documentation** , **training** , or **reports** whenever it’s required.

The position ensures that the organizations is **up to date** on all the relevant **regulatory and licensing requirements** .
