Customs and Trade Master Data Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Join Zoetis’ Global Customs & Trade Compliance team! We are looking for a specialist to manage customs-related master data in SAP GTS and support global trade compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and govern master data for customs compliance (HS codes, ECCN, origin determinations) with approval workflows and audit trails.
Manage country of origin (preferential and non-preferential), including BOM-level origin for multi-ingredient pharma products.
Classify products with HS/HTS codes per country, resolve discrepancies, and maintain Binding Tariff Information (BTI) and customs rulings.
Handle export control classifications (ECCN/dual-use items and national lists for biological materials/equipment).
Validate customs broker entries against master data and resolve discrepancies.
