About the Role
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
- Supervise the Ordering Team on the timely and accurate processing of customer orders including initial stocks.
- Actively attends to customers' complaints and provide efficient resolution that will satisfy both the customer and the Management.
- Assist in receiving and processing of customer orders.
- Ensure 100% payment of all orders.
- Monitor and analyze data to increase business operations efficiency and attain the departmental KPIs.
- Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure logistical activities.
- Assist and supports the Operation Manager towards the achievement of departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
- Perform tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
