About the Role

Deliver high-quality service in close collaboration with the Customer Success teams to ensure operational excellence across all processes and customer touchpoints.
Provide comprehensive administrative support within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, updates, and documentation.
Identify inconsistencies or irregularities within support-related Salesforce data and correct them in accordance with established guidelines and internal quality standards.
Ensure that all required data fields are accurately populated, processes are followed correctly, and agreements with internal stakeholders are consistently upheld.
Proactively flag administrative bottlenecks, recurring issues, or potential risks to the Senior Customer Success Manager to support continuous process improvement.
Execute ad-hoc requests aimed at improving data quality and enrichment in Salesforce, including bulk data upload projects, data cleansing initiatives, and structured correction tasks.
