Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train Supplier’s agents
  • Accountable for the hiring/onboarding success of new agents, along with ongoing training needs that arise from performance improvement plans or new policy/process changes.
  • Hold calibrations and meetings with the Bolt training team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to Bolt’s customer privacy and data security.
  • Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly training reports
