A leading AI Company is looking for a customer support team leader.
Responsibilities:? Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints.? Technical analysis and debug of system failures and errors.? Working closely with Sales, Product and R&D teams.? Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.? Follow up with customers after resolving their issues.? Lead and scale support operations.? Take part in infield deployment of our system at customers’ sites.

?Electrical/Computer Science engineer.? 3+ years of experience in customer support engineering (at least Tier 3).? Experience with the Linux environment.? Experience with HW product support advantage.? Availability for flights from time to time.;
