About the Role

Qualifications:
At least 2nd Year College Level; Bachelor's Degree in any field is an advantage
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (voice support preferred)
Call centre experience is required for this position
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Business level English communication proficiency is required
Excellent listening, comprehension, and typing skills
Typing speed of 35-45 WPM is required
Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism
Willing to work under a 6-month project-based contract with possible extension
Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig City as required
Can start on March 16, 2026
