Qualifications
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- Experience with customer support is not required but a plus.
- Experience handling live‑chat and email interactions considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
