* Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
* Working Days: 6 days per week
* Work Mode: Remote
Requirements:
* Graduate (fresh graduates may apply)
* Minimum 1 year of customer support experience preferred
* Comfortable working night shifts
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory
* Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
