Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative with a strong background in e-commerce and logistics support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, handling order enquiries, delivery updates, product questions, and issue resolution with a professional, solutions-focused approach.

This role requires hands-on experience using WooCommerce and familiarity with Cin7 to manage orders, inventory, and fulfilment processes efficiently. You will also handle inbound calls using SipTalk and collaborate with internal systems and logistics partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.
